toedtoes, well I have platinum and have paid for it for 10 years. So basic or better no difference apparently. I don't even know where to complain to - i have file complaint with BBB for the provider. Like you still out the time, prepaid reservation for weekend, 150 mile round trip fuel in our 3500, and the stress on the dogs and ourselves from the non-responsive, sloppy, and lousy customer service 24 hour service provider.
