Actually, the OP listed what his plan covers, including concierge service. As is so very common with Camping World services, one does not get what one pays for.
Actually, the OP tried to use the concierge service that he listed by trying to get transportation home for himself and his dogs. Question is...was he trying to get GS to provide the transportation or help him find the alternate transportation. Because they only assist in finding it. They don't provide it.
