Wbwood - I was asking for help to get transportation for us if a tow truck did not arrive in a timely manner (as my friend who had driven the 60 miles to give me a ride could not wait an indefinite amount of time), not for GS to pay for transporting us. I was specifically told "we do not provide concierge service".
