May be the third time is the charm! Three threads on the same issue.
It appears there is a communication problem. If everyone you deal with at CW is rude, perhaps you need to look at how you are communicating the issue. Write down several points you want to make and listen to the responses.
Having CAPS in your posts makes me believe you are so concerned about making YOUR POINTS! you are not receptive to what you are being told.
