I have posted on a forum at talking to the people at GOOD SAM CLUB about a complaint of deceit and what felt like fraud in signing me up for a VISA CARD from Camping World and also some real problems...

I think he has a right and an obligation to use the names of the people he talked to. He has not used last names and that might or might not be out of bounds on an online post.
But use of the names helps solve the problem for GSE. At least they can trace back and get their sides of the stories.
