There is a big problem with what you say and it is this:

If all one wants to do is RANT than you can write anyway you wish without regard for whether what you write will be taken seriously or will even be able to be read and understood by those whose attention you want to get.

But if you actually want to ACCOMPLISH something then it's best to know who you are writing for, write clearly and concisely and use proper punctuation and paragraphing.

It's easy, and it has the added benefit of a higher likelihood that you will be successful in what you want to achieve and be considered sane at the same time.
