Another First Use Failure
After nearly a year with the service contract, needed it for a lockout (first in 10 years with this camper). Called at noon on Saturday. GS Roadside Assistance was unable to locate any service providers after two hours of looking, and reported they could not provide any assistance.
While we were out in the country (Watson Mill Bridge Sate Park in Georgia), on a Saturday, that is the very reason I purchased the service. If Good Sam cannot make good on this - I really don't have faith they will provide service in dire circumstances.
BTW, we did finally get into the trailer, without cutting into it from the storage compartment as suggested by Good Sams.
Just received my 3rd renewal notice for the service. Not sure that I am willing to put more money into a service that proved useless.
