Another Good Sam Roadside Assistance ?????????

Question

2014 Dodge Ram  would not start, called Good Sam to send someone to jump it. Provider arrived in a CRV? and crossed wires when he jumped it. Then nothing worked and he left saying he could not do anything. Called Good Sam and they sent a tow truck to take truck to shop. After one week the shop finally figured out it had blown out the body conrol module and also needed two new batteries. Called Good Sam to file Damage Complaint 2/19/15 and was told 24-48 hrs I would be contacted. 3/9/15 have not heard anything. Beware of Good Sam Roadside Assistance.

I think admin is trying. I can remember years ago (about 45 yrs) I told my tac officer I was doing the best I could. He replied that the problem was "my best wasn't good enough." :S
