Any Canadians know of a similar service for Canadians

I looked into the GS Extended Service Plan and discovered it is NOT available to Canadians.

Has anyone found a similar product that is available to someone who will be spending 6 months in USA and 6 months in Canada. We will be living full time in our trailer but will have a mailing address in Canada.
