Any other members having issues with Travel Planning?

I've repeatedly tried to use the Travel Planning page on Good Sams website. When I click on the Plan Trip button it brings me to the marketing page to buy it. I already have an elite membership with ...

I have moved this post to the customer support area where it should have been posted if you wanted a reply from customer support. I imagin they just didn't see it because you posted it in the travel traler area.
