I've repeatedly tried to use the Travel Planning page on Good Sams website. When I click on the Plan Trip button it brings me to the marketing page to buy it. I already have an elite membership with all of the other add on products. Their page won't bring me to the route planning tool and it's frustrating as heck.
Still not working? Very surprising IMO.
I have moved this post to the customer support area where it should have been posted if you wanted a reply from customer support. I imagin they just didn't see it because you posted it in the travel traler area.
Seems a bad time of year for upgrades.
Worked for me on 06-17 2026. All my trip plans were still there.
That’s a pain! I’ve been backing up everything to a separate hard drive for the last year or so. Not that expensive.
Trip Planner is down for upgrades. On 6/9 we weren't able to log in. Today, I am able to log in but all my trip are gone!
I just checked with GoodSam and was told the system is still down and they are not sure how long it will take to be back up. We are leaving for a trip next Thursday so I'm going to have to go through scouring emails to see where we are staying!
The Trip Planner hasn't always been the best although better than RVLife and other apps we use. Hopefully once upgraded it will work more like 2026!
