You need to read the definitions section of your policy, under definition for “vehicle”, If it includes bicycle as a vehicle, it’s covered; if not, no joy. It does not matter what Ontario says is a vehicle, all that matters is what the policy says is a vehicle.
Also note, the policy will have extra pages attached that modify the policy. Check those for modifications to the “definitions”.
