I really don't know if I'm just given the run-around but the Interstate dealer said that they would have honored the warranty but mine is installed battery in the RV and they need an invoice from CW on the original purchase.
My point with Camping World is that they should be responsible for the units they sell and should be running after the manufacturer themselves for shoddy materials or workmanship -- and not put the burden to their customers who has no leverage except a possible bad review.
Am I being unreasonable here or just expecting the same customer service philosophy as Toyota?
