Axle damage

When I got home with my new Heartland from Camping World in Asheville NC I noticed that the tires(all 4) were 15 lbs. below the specs. I also notice that the TT when hooked up to the TV did not set or ride level. Yeah should have noticed this at delivery but if I had noticed all the issues and problems with the TT upon delivery I would not be on this site now.
Anyway, when they, Camping world of Asheville, NC transferred my hitch from my trade in to my new 2014 TT it did not sit level, resulting in the TT being "over axle" i.e. unbalanced weight distribution between the two axles of the TT.

Question...If I got the extended service plan NOW, which is available according to the web sites I have researched, this one, would any axle failures be covered? Need some help here folks.

HEY thanks again Crudy but I don't tow this thing any more. too many things have fallen off during transit and I don't feel like endangering the folks behind me on the interstate.
No reason for you to disrespect Rudy here. If you no longer tow it why are you worried about axle warranty or any other service plan. Also in your op you stated you bought it as is and your next breath you complain about warranty service and never did answer questions about that. To me you have lost all credibility here and are just a CW basher as that is all you post. Don't get me wrong as I am NOT a fan of CW service departments as they are the worst in the business. Personal things like Crudy here just looks bad on you!
My opinion here and its worth just what you paid for it.

How do you transfer a hitch from one TT to another?? You talking weight distribution bars?? They can just put in a different drop to make it level seeing as it is a TT and not a 5th wheel
