I keep having my responses to posts DELETED, so I expect this to be deleted also, but worth a try.
HORRIBLE is one word for experences like this. My scenario could have been deadly. I had Platinum Plus. A stranger dragged us merely 10 miles to safety using a heavy chain. We just needed a SIMPLE TOW into town so we could take care of ourselves. Didn't want to leave truck on side of hwy. Our medical supplies were within. Good Luck on relaying the truth of your situation to others.
