Better communication from GoodSam
Could not sign on for days - Geek squad trouble shot my computer and all was fine Now I can sign on would it be too much to have an administrator post that there was a system problem ??

Sorry Elizabeth but they are not resolved please see, if possible, my other posts on the subject in the Mexico forum and the Tech Issues Forum.
There are still significant problems that remain unresolved both in folks ability to post and to sign on.
And calling that 800 number is just not practical from where many of us are with the problems...Mexico. So can we just get this addressed here?
