Blown tire bad GS-RA experience

On 5/26/15 while traveling on I64 W about 20 miles from Mt Vernon, Il, I blew a tire on my 5th wheel. I called GS-RA and was told I would receive a text message with when and who would be coming out to assist me. After 30 minutes, I called back and spoke to a second rep who checked and said first rep was still working on finding someone. After another 30 minutes, I called back and the third rep I spoke to said she would check to see what was going on. About 15 minutes later the third rep came on the line and said the first rep was calling me right then. About 15 minutes later and no call from rep one, I called back and spoke to rep four. Number four said he knew number one and would check to see what was going on. Number four came back on the line and said number one could not find anyone in the area to come out so he called the highway patrol to assist us. I am disabled and have a hard time getting up and down but was not waiting any longer for help. After I got the tire changed, a highway patrolman pulled up. He said there were truck stops and other garages within 20 miles of us in Mt Vernon. He could not understand why we had to sit there for two hours. I have called to complain about this and all I got was that rep number one would be talked to about not contacting me and keeping me updated. I talked to someone else at Member Services for Good Sam's Roadside Assistance today and was told they would give me 6 months free if I would buy a 3 yr subscription today. I will be looking for other options. My subscription runs out in October. When I bought this I was not told someone might come out.
