Booking

Since we have had so many problems with the website,
we decided to book through the phone.
We called C2C, gave them the info needed for a certain C/G
etc. We wanted to book several days.
We were told we could only have the first and the last day of our
desired time.
We then booked other C'G with passport america.
We then called the C2C C/G and they said they could give us all
the days required.
Unfortunately we had to pay up front for the first day of the
PA booking.
Why could we get the full booking but C2C could not???

Getting very dissappointed with the entire C2C idea.
