Bright spot is GS Roadside assistance
I generally do not like CW/Good Sam products and consider CW service thieves.
BUT GOOD SAM ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE really has been good for my family.
Multiple service calls over the past two years have gotten us appropriate service pretty rapidly considering some places we have been.
Yesterday my wife was driving her car and the non-Chinese Goodyear tire threw a belt.
She pulled over on a back country road north of Fort Drum, NY. The person on the phone got the needed information and dispatched a service person to change the tire. Time involved less than an hour.
As a critic I must also point out when they do good. They did good!
Wife was fairly happy considering she had a blowout.
No other damage.
