Broken promise again

A simple whois query reveals both are owned by CW and have the same administrative contact.

The claim is they do not respond online in order to protect your privacy. You are always free to tell us what happened.
I sort of understand their position how do you tell a customer in public he is FOS and wrong.

The most "annoying" is the same posters complain over and over. They can't let it go so are always looking for a chance to inject a snide remark. A few are posting in this tread. CW makes the forum available. I could care less about someone not getting a return phone call or email. State your problem and move on. If you want to bash, go to Facebook and do it.

The forum is great for exchanging information with fellow campers. That is the reason most people are here. It's not because of Camping World, nor is it because Goid Sam is interested in people's well being. They are here to make money - and I don't begrudge them for doing it at all. But when they censor people's posts and comments for anything negative, they show they really only want to be seen in a positive light. Anything negative needs to never see the light of day.

I am very interested in what the people who contribute to this forum have to say. I don't care for the censorship that is used to protect a huckster.
