hey i own timeshare and if you ask ANYone they will tell you its carp.. Well it is carp if you buy from the developer. ALl mine were got resale market for 90% less than new.
The way to make something work is to know the unwritten rules of the game. When i first got into timeshare before becoming an owner i would got to timeshareusersgroup.com TUG2.net and read for hrs.
there i learned how to really use the product, not what the sleeze salesperson told me how it would work. We have vacationed in some nice places for less than 500 bucks for the week for the past 10 yrs. Its all about knowing how to use the product.
that is what i am trying to do here.
