now i am starting to get the hang of this thing. So what are "points" costing through the C2C people vs buying them through another C2C member?
when I look at rates of place, some may be C2C some not, if the rate is $35 per night you will need 3500 points or is the cost when u are a C2C member less than the regular rate.
You can only use C2C at cgs that are affiliated with C2C program.
NOT every CG is......
IF the CG costs $35/night and it is NOT a C2C Affiliate then it costs you $35/night IF you can use that campground. Remember the 'affiliate' cgs are PRIVATE Member CGs....must be a member to use.
Some private do allow non-member use.
IF the CG is an affiliate CG that allows C2C then it will cost you 1000 or 1500 points per night ($10/15)
When you make your reservation for that CG THRU C2C Reservation System it will show hoe many points per night are needed, total points needed to cover reservation period (2, 3--7 days etc) and if you have enough points in your C2C account to cover the reservation period.
You buy points at value........1000/$10. Large quantity purchases gets bonus points (Ex: 50,000 points ($500) is equal to 50 nights at 1000 points per night ($10).......by buying $500 worth of points might get extra 5000 points ----5 extra nights Example only...don't remember when bonus points get added)
Might cut a 'deal' with a C2C member looking to sell their points for less----never bought from another member. C2C would handle transfer of points.
