C2C website and confusion

I logged into the C2C website to book a resort.
I needed my email address to log in.
I got as far as make reservation and it would not process
as it said I needed to enter my email address. There is no
place for me to do that.
Spent a long time on the cell phone with C2C and also a supervisor.
Was told there was a reservation pending, but to call the resort
the next day to confirm.
The resort had nothing and would not make a reservation direct.

Again on the cell with C2C. Again going through the same thing as
yesterday.
The three day reserve is now past and C2C says they will not help.

The site is very bad and the help we get on the phone is very bad.

  • I just used the site yesterday and reservations with out a problem. well a little problem, needed more points, but took my MC fast!
  • Again tried to book today.
    Again website not working.
    Again had to use the phone

    Told us the website was being worked on.
    The drop down boxes just are useless if you
    cannot enter info.
