Call in Claim now or Wait for CW Service Dept

I am taking my 5th wheel camper to a CW store in Biloxi, MS (have appointment on July 24th) for what I believe may be a warranty repair. Should I go ahead and get a warranty claim started now, or wait...

And if you do go to CW (I wouldn't) get them to sign a promise date for the repairs otherwise you'll never see your TT this camping season!
