camper world---good sam

I've been a member for 25+ years and only needed them twice, including this one. Traveling on 27 June 2018, I-24 just on TN/KY line, pulled in to the rest/welcome area. Checked TT hubs, one very hot. Lost dust cap and threw all grease out. Called GS ERS for a roadside repair tech, and stated my problem. They asked if I needed a tow, I said that wouldn't help and that I needed a mechanic with parts. After a while they called back and told me nobody was available for 50 miles and to call back next morning a 6am to try again. After some research, found Auto Zone in Clarksville, TN open, Kim answered, she did not have the bearing but knew a local guy that could take a look. Luis was there in 30 minutes, went to locate the parts (on a sunday/holiday wkend) back in a couple of hours, made the repair and sent me on my way. He would not take more than $100 including parts. Must mention I called Auto Zone regional supver and asked, she (Kim) be highly rewarded for going well above and beyond. Of course, I thanked her tall and told her what I did. Today, I called GS back after calling last week and got nowhere, I think I don't need them or any other company. We have Google
