I think the CW and GS have some many databases that they can't keep their******together.
I have a Lifetime membership and roadside service until 2020, but whenever I would go into CW and pourchase something, I would always get hit with your membership is expired, is about to expire, your roadside warranty expired, etc....I would tell them, no and show them my cards that state my expiration dates (none on membership). They would argue wtih me and tell me that I needed to check because their computer said otherwise, no matter what my card says. CW/GS keeps just putting a bandaid on everything.
