you aren't required to have the work done at a CW .... you can have the work performed at a repair facility that is willing to jump through the roadblocks that the extended service folks will throw at them .... we had their coverage for about 10 years and always had the work done at the dealership where we purchased the camper .... we dropped their coverage when the dealership reached the point that they were no longer willing to put up with hassle of working with GoodSam's people
