I think the problem with CW sales staff is they don't have any knowledge of what they sell, or their clientele. It's really ashame that they offer service but don't have the staff to make it work up to the potencial it could be.
There is away to fix it, but you would have to train the current staff or hire people that understand your business. You would think a CEO would unstand this concept.
