There is away to fix it, but you would have to train the current staff or hire people that understand your business. You would think a CEO would unstand this concept.
I think your correct, Camping World customers are pretty passionate about their hobby / way of life and the staff needs to understand that or at least act like they understand! This goes beyond cw into the local rv dealer.... Two visits to the same dealer with the same sales guy and he was nice but terrible. I knew more about the 5ers we were looking at than he did.
Me personally, I've never had a bad experience yet at cw but rarely go because the one near me was shut down when they started selling rv's. They were renting from a local dealer.
