We are Full Timers and Life Members. I have an issue with our Good Sam/ Camping Visa card. I recently tried to reclaim points for Camping World Gift cards and found that Comenity Bank no longer issues...

I read that and I am not sure that it really answers the question. In fact I am not sure I understand what that answer means in any case.
Well maybe I am mistaken about what the OP's problem was, but the way I read it it means that the GS Visa card accrued points that could be redeemed at CW. The new card company is now telling the OP that is not true.
If I am correct in my reading of it then the answer given is indeed at the very least unclear and at worst just off the mark entirely.
