So Can you clarify exactly what happened?
Did you go to CW with your Visa and the card was not accruing points per the new card company rules and thus you could not buy the gift card?
Or did you try to redeem the points with the Credit Card company?
Where are you trying to redeem the points?
Is the card company now telling you they DONT ACCRUE points?
I am a bit confused and am very interested in whats happening as I had just applied for one and now may not want it. Or at least one good reason for getting it is now potentially gone.
