Seems to me they have been fixing this problem for a long time. When bad Glitches happen where I work, they bring the new code out of commission and reinstall the old back. I work for a company that processes over a billion in income and consumer payments a year. Every minute the internet site is functioning badly every one and I me am everyone jumps through unbelievable hoops to fix it. Down time or error time costs more than just our customers from being mad, it costs a lot of lost revenue very fast. I can't understand CW using this excuse for so long. Seems like the list of unhappy customers is getting larger and larger plus all the revenue from the loss of repeat customers. Repeat customers is what keeps my company alive.
