I think you'll find that this is only meaningful due to the fact that most will never post a positive experience.
RV.NET has several "Ask Marcus" forums that explicitly requests that you post any "problems" you've experienced.
I believe that if people would post positive experiences, they would far outweigh those that post negative experiences.
