Cancellation policy
I tried to cancel my automatic renewal but was told Good Sam's policy is NO refunds.
Sooooo, keep my membership active and I'll cancel next year BEFORE the automatic renewal date!
Horrible policy!!!

unfortunatly it is not just limited to good sam, any susbscription service is setup like that. some times you get a persona who can do somthing for you but mostly not. they don't hide it either it is in almost every terms of service agreement, it is your responcibility to cancle before the date and some places even tell you how you have to cancle and by how long before the renewal date.
with moderen cell phone and computers I always set a reminder on my calendar to cancle subscriptions.
