cannot get the icon

Question

I have tried to change to my new e-mail address for some time now to get the member icon to appear., it says "that the address is being used by someone else, that someone else is me and and has not bee used since we moved to Graceville about 8 years ago I do not even remember the name or the password I used then..Any Ideas about what to do to get it changed ?

To get the Good Sam image your email has to be the same for both your Good Sam account and your RV.net account.  I had a similar problem. Log into both, and change your e-mail to your current e-mail. If you don't have one, create a new one. gmail,Yahoo, Juno, all will give you a free e-mail.
