Can't log into new Motorhome Magazine Android apps
Where can I get support on logging into the new Motorhome Magazine Android app? I received an email with the May digital issue and it said "four new ways to view." I downloaded the Android app. In the May digital issue email it has a username and password in the email.
In the new Android app there is a "Member Access" button. Clicking on that button it asks for MemberID and Lastname. The email states to enter a username and password. These two things don't match.
I tried entering my GoodSam username and my last name. That didn't work. I tried to enter the username listed in the email along with my last name. That didn't work.
I love that there are Android apps for the magazine now. It seems as though the messaging on how to log in isn't correct at this point though.
