OK Folks here it is over 2 weeks later and no one has assisted me,9/20 I was contacted by the Rapid Response team and I sent a PM to Christina D on the rapid (?) response team and still no refund, last Wednesday (9/24/14) I sent another email to the response team and today 9/26/14 I sent a email to the Roadside Assistance people telling them on Monday I will contact my Credit Card Company and refute the entire $139.95 charge and as soon as that clears will contact Coach Net and enroll in their program.
I've had it with Good Sam's program, your experience with them may be different but this year they get no more money from me.
