Check your Credit Card Statements.

I received my notice/bill to renew my Roadside Assistance the amount was $99.95. I sent the form back in with the information to bill my credit card. Today I checked my statement and found I was billed $139.95 not $99.95. I called the roadside assistance office and the gentleman I talked to could not explain WHY I was charged more than the bill and for some reason he could not refund the overcharge of #39.95 but could only refund $32.70 and give me an additional month on my roadside assistance plan.
So if you pay thru the mail with a credit card make sure you check your statements for over charging.

  • They should have immediately straightened it out and refunded the excess charges. Errors happen but at least make the OP whole agian.
