Complaint answered with reimbursement.

I posted a complaint a week or so ago on the lack of assistance during a severe blow out we experienced on I65. This post was forwarded to a Customer Service agent in the Denver Office by this site's moderator. The C/S agent was apologetic (should have been) and accepted responsibility for this lack of help during a dangerous situation. He offered us reimbursement for the charges we encountered . The check for that amount arrived today.
I felt it fair to post the resolution to this complaint and the Company's response.

  • Glad they took care of you, but of course the preferable action would have been immediate assistance to your situation. Thanks for posting this as we often aren't privy to resolution of complaints.
