Complaint answered with reimbursement.
I posted a complaint a week or so ago on the lack of assistance during a severe blow out we experienced on I65. This post was forwarded to a Customer Service agent in the Denver Office by this site's moderator. The C/S agent was apologetic (should have been) and accepted responsibility for this lack of help during a dangerous situation. He offered us reimbursement for the charges we encountered . The check for that amount arrived today.
I felt it fair to post the resolution to this complaint and the Company's response.
