Read the contract and see if one or both are "exclusionary". This is a lot better than "parts named". Now see if "consequential damage" clause is mentioned. This is good. If not mentioned, toss the contract.
A tire coverage extra will come in handy if your sidewall blows out or tread area cannot be repaired. Rim or wheel damage will be covered. Be sure that anyone who gives you a new tire.....keeps the old one or gives it to you.....so it can be checked out by someone.
