Contacting Good Sam-Unresponsive To Date

As a recent LIFE member, I have attempted on TWO occasions to contact Good Sam via their email link. To date, I have received ZERO response to my emails. I had a simple request: How do I obtain another LIFE decal for my rig?
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I receive DAILY emails from Good Sam on their exhaustive list of insurances and Camping World “specials.”
I would appreciate knowing that Good Sam is actually concerned about its customers and their needs NOT just sucking more money from them.

  • Good Sam used to be a good outfit. Its all about greed and profit now.

    Lol! Except doing all those makes for bigger profit.

    Amazon initially operated at a loss to achieve those goals and now they are one of the biggest company.

  • From what I've experienced so far, Good Sam and Camping World's corporate culture is not into responding or doing it promptly.

    And good luck, I wrote Marcus and nothing is changed.
