Contacting Good Sam-Unresponsive To Date

Question

As a recent LIFE member, I have attempted on TWO occasions to contact Good Sam via their email link. To date, I have received ZERO response to my emails. I had a simple request: How do I obtain another LIFE decal for my rig?
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I receive DAILY emails from Good Sam on their exhaustive list of insurances and Camping World “specials.”
I would appreciate knowing that Good Sam is actually concerned about its customers and their needs NOT just sucking more money from them.

From what I've experienced so far, Good Sam and Camping World's corporate culture is not into responding or doing it promptly.And good luck, I wrote Marcus and nothing is changed.
