Does the roadside assistance cover issues with rv such auto level jacks not working in down position or slide out issues?

All roadside assistance scenarios are handled on a case by case basis. With mobile mechanic service return trips or parts runs are billed similar to if you were in a shop. It ultimately depends on the provider able to assist.
