You may want to look at EasyCare. We've used them 4 times and are very satisfied with the response and the time to repair. You can take it to any repair facility but they require that the failed component be verified by one of their inspectors and that the repair facility contact them before repair work is started.. This requires a wait of no more than 24 hrs before actual repair can begin.
