A few things; this is an RV forum for RVers to ask questions and share information about RVs. It's not really a help desk for issues with GS as a company. I'm sure it could be but it's so short staffed over here we barley get enough support from volunteer moderators to delete a random spam post. Secondly, your question could not be more ambiguous. Have you tried calling GS directly?
