CW sold me an 1998 motorhome, title says its a 1997

In early July this year, my wife and I purchased a used Class A from Camping World in North Carolina (and paid a $399.00 Processing fee). We live in South Carolina. 6 days before the temp. tag was to expire, I received, via FedEx, all the papers to pay the sales tax, pay the property tax and then apply for a title and tags myself. I called CW’s title person, and asked why they did nothing to get my tags, Response “oh we don’t do that” asked why the $399 Response “we charge everybody that”.
Going through the papers, I noticed the all the legal papers and the original title stated the RV is a year 1997. All the sales papers state it is a 1998.
I asked about the rig’s year, she was unable to give a coherent response and she called a South Carolina CW title person, who made a new South Carolina Temp tag with false info and no title to back it up. CW said the V.I.N. is a to a 1997, and they sold me a 1998. A ’97 is worth more than a grand less.
Anybody have any advice on what we should do next ? We really feel ripped off !
