Just and update to this issue. I was very impressed to have and immediate response from Marcus yesterday afternoon. He advised he would work on it right now. This morning I was sent and email from Good Sam explaining why the journal service was shut down and a way to get my journal back. I am pleased to say I have been able to retrieve our journal from the trip to Yellowstone. The reason for them shutting down the service was not enough members were using it. Thanks to Marcus and his staff.
