I agree with this. You just don't see CEO's from large outfits getting directly involved like this. We sometimes lose sight of just how big his job was coming in to turn this business around on the service side. It is not easy and it will not happen fast but his direct involvement will make a difference in the long run. I suspect his participation here is two fold. One is to help folks like this and two to get first hand knowledge of what is really going on in the field. CEO's often are insulated from what really goes on at the ground level.
