YES they did!!
Mark Hanoud the manager, has worked hard to fix the mistakes, I was there today and he credited my account (hopefully) and when i bought something he discounted it so trying. Seems once a big even occurs, it just spins out of control fast. Mark is sincere and felt bad it all occurred!!
