Denial on claim - need someone from GS to contact me

Still denying the claim. I have gotten calls from customer support of which were just mainly to send me the "Review Board Submission form" to have the information sent in to the same people that denied the claim in beginning to have it re-reviewed. my suggestion is to look elsewhere for a warranty service as having a company tell me that carbon build up on a glow plug or set of of glow plugs caused it to over fuel then overheat is simply comical.
