Just for the record, we depended on Syracuse, NY Camping World for an emergency awning repair a couple years ago. I cannot fault them for their assistance and repairs.... although the voltage in their camping hookups was so bad I had to rely on my generator for the four days we were stuck there in their parking lot ... it was 108 degrees.
